They're lovely mate. Burgers aren't supposed to have much flavour anyway, that's what the garnish is for.

Agree. Burgers are a vehicle for extra flavour.
Lamb and mint (careful not to use very fatty lamb)
Tomato and Basil
Spicy (loads of chili - powder, fresh, tobasco)
Smoky paprika (loads of smoked paprika, chopped chorizo)
Mmmmmmmmmm. I like making loads in one go and freezing them Got about 40 in the freezer at the moment. I think some have been 'stuffed' with a lump of smoked cheese too.

And this may be an ultimate sin, but the best type of salad (if any at all - it's debatable) is a bit of the outside of an iceberg lettuce. Crrrunnch.

Slap a load of different things in each time. Every batch will be different and seemingly always better than the last.
