First two series were superb, enjoyed the rest since but not on the same level as the first two.

West Wing is better writing and acting. But generally slower

It got a bit ridiculous with Brody after the first season, but once that story was gone, it was better than ever. Claire Danes is outstanding in it as well imo, she plays the manic part of bipolar disorder brilliantly.
