Fruits of the forest cider moved to the shed after being in the same place i brew after bottling for a week, threw a bottle in the fridge for testing purposes. What can i say apart from WOW, open your gob and pour it in its so refreshing.

40 bottles of wilkos cervera bottled and put in a warm place for a week. Gonna be so drunk the week i get off work at christmas.

Had a sneaky bottle of mine the other night and its really improved in the last few weeks. Starting to get fizzy and it'll be ready for tackling in serious quantities by next weekend :-D
 
Two batches of best bitter set away, one from a recipe for Badgers Best and one loosely based on a Kentish Bitter recipe. I got away with brewing both in the kitchen in a big stew pot. She reckons it stinks but meh....
The barrel of brew that nearly got dumped because it tasted like it had been watered down has matured into something drinkable after all!
 
At a party tonight on the cranberry tc. Absolutely smashed and don't know anyone here. Cause its our lasses mates party. Its not gonna end well.
 
Sterilising 160 bottles overnight ahead of a brewing extravaganza tomorrow.
80 pints to be bottled and 120 pints to be set away in the FVs
