Homebrewing - Part 2

The way i see it is, i would probably spend £200 going out drinking and buying booze, not going to spend that much on home brewing. Plus the books can be taken out of the library. and most of the work is on the computer so internet access is available 80% of the time while working. may as well spend the money on something useful :)

I will get the bottles from the boozer probably because thinking about it i am not sure i will have nearly 100 bottles beer/cider that will be 500ml.

You've thought long n hard aint ya? You gonna be living in Uni digs? You gotta think about space to store/condition it all.

Just bottled the st peters' ruby red. Going to try one in a couple of weeks when it's cleared and my shoulder has healed. Hoping it's good enough to hide away for xmas day. My wherry with dark malt is also ready. Felt guilty trying to coerce my pregnant wife into syphoning/bottling 2 fermenters at once. Also she isn't brilliant at it but isn't open to accepting criticism in her condition

Been eyeing up this one for a while! Look forward to knowing how it gans.

Just flung the coopers Irish stout into an FV, looks the business.

Got the same problem with my cerveza and cider. Got the latest batch of lager next to a radiator.

I've got the same problem, best fizz I've had is a cerveza and I used caster sugar, going to explore this a bit more with the next round of bottling
