They must be releasing SCH seats who have moved seats with their account number either online or in person already
With regard to the SC holders seats been reserved until 5 oclock, I took my usual SC seats straight away on Saturday but those of you who have taken different seats to your usual ones - once your membership number buys a different one does your usual seat not then become free for someone else to buy?
I think they are starting to do that already today now

No, because you could be buying an additional one for someone, or at least I think that's the case. I've bought 1 elsewhere and my account still looks the same as it did before.

Stat taken from Twitter.

@_The72: Sunderland-Wednesday is set to be the best-attended League One play-off semi-final over two legs ever, with aprox 75,000.

Surpasses Leeds-Millwall semi back in 2009, which saw 50,264 fans.

Home leg at the SoL also likely to beat Leeds' record of 37,063.

We went into that game in shit form. This time around we're on a long unbeaten run. People are more optimistic than in 2019.
I agree with you and would echo the rising optimism we've seen in recent months. I would add I also think with the pandemic shackles, having been lifted after two years, many fans might just feel they can come to a football match for the first time in ages and feel relatively safe.

They're not taking into account the SCH reserved seat with NE journalists saying it's past 40k home fans only

Not a season ticket holder. Just got a couple in the Premier Concourse there, looked like there was hardly out left.

Like I said it only applies to a very small number.
If something is important to you and it only takes a minute most people just do it.
As with most things there’ll doubtless be a tiny number of people who for some unusual set of circumstances just couldn’t get a free moment but for the vast majority of people there’s no excuse at all.
If you wanted a ticket for Friday you’ve had ample opportunity to get one.
bollocks.
