They will be able to see exactly how many season ticket holders have bought their seats and probably how many have bought seats elsewhere. I’m sure they are taking that in to account when releasing new blocks. If the demand is there then they need to sell them. There’s plenty of time left - I reckon the lower bowl will sell out as well personally.
Why on earth would you be more bothered how the stadium looks than allowing people to easily buy a ticket![]()
9,500 non ST seats went on sale on Saturday afternoon. AT 5 pm Sunday there were still 1000 remaining available.by starting ticket sales on Saturday night, catching many flat footed. Then releasing stuff in dribs and drabs, while those caught out on Saturday night play a big game of brinksmanship over the unused season tickets. Place season tickets on sale first, then open everything else together - a level playing field without all the daftness.
It’s always cramped where I sit so it’ll be nice to have a bit leg stretch for a changeCan't wait to see the concourse alight with flags and flares while I stretch me legs out owa 3 seats in a prime position behind the goal
I'm trying to get my head around the thinking behind it.Imagine thinking 10k SCH won't be taking up their seat.![]()
Come on man, keep up. This evening those seats become available, the season card holders still have a few hours to reserve their seats. How come they're only showing Premier Concourse seats available ? There's usually singles available all over the ground ?

Yes you are right. Well organised. If they were giving away free tickets some people would still be upset about somethingThat's ridiculous. They began selling tickets in a coherent and ordered way as soon as was practicable i.e. after the result of the game was known. Since then the club have systematically released other sections of the ground to accommodate fans whilst allowing season card holders time enough, until 5.00 pm today, to purchase their optional ticket for their seats. I say 'well done' to the club for having it so well organised.
10 of us have chipped in for a box, only 40 odd quid more than my bcb ticket which I don't mind for a one off big game.I think there'll be a fair few who will have bought different seats to their own. I almost did on accident, and then realised I could get my own seat and it wasn't actually already sold.
There'll also be loads that will want to sit with their friends/family who aren't SCH.
Then there'll be the ones that just aren't going.
It'll be around 5-10k imo.
Aye for £20 and £10Sounds like the Premier Concourse is the place to be.
People just getting excited about the big game. Nowt wrong with that! This thread is f***ing ridiculous.![]()
I'm sure the staff would be accommodating, but surely the TO have enough to deal with without people bothering them to move seats for a one-off game.In the event there is plenty availability in the lower tier, I imagine fans will be able to swap from the PC if they want.
Wonder why this one has caught the imagination more than the Pompey play off game a few years ago?I am geniinely surprised and pleased by the uptake of tickets. I thought we may be looking at 27k for this. If so the lower bowl will look empty but 40k will look and sound fantastic if we are on the front foot.

Because we are playing Wednesday, Friday and Monday.Wonder why this one has caught the imagination more than the Pompey play off game a few years ago?
