How many have dodged going in favour of away match instead?
They will be able to see exactly how many season ticket holders have bought their seats and probably how many have bought seats elsewhere. I’m sure they are taking that in to account when releasing new blocks. If the demand is there then they need to sell them. There’s plenty of time left - I reckon the lower bowl will sell out as well personally.
It be under 5k

You can’t set a deadline then shorten it. There would be uproar.
I am geniinely surprised and pleased by the uptake of tickets. I thought we may be looking at 27k for this. If so the lower bowl will look empty but 40k will look and sound fantastic if we are on the front foot.

Christ, people moan about nought. The club, unusually, have got this about right.
Personally, I preferred the chaos outside the Fulwell End of a sea of people waiting for an hour to pay cash.
Bring back Roker Park, sod one click well irganised ticket buying.
People need to chill out a bit.
Preferred the vouchers out of match programs personally

by starting ticket sales on Saturday night, catching many flat footed. Then releasing stuff in dribs and drabs, while those caught out on Saturday night play a big game of brinksmanship over the unused season tickets. Place season tickets on sale first, then open everything else together - a level playing field without all the daftness.
That's ridiculous. They began selling tickets in a coherent and ordered way as soon as was practicable i.e. after the result of the game was known. Since then the club have systematically released other sections of the ground to accommodate fans whilst allowing season card holders time enough, until 5.00 pm today, to purchase their optional ticket for their seats. I say 'well done' to the club for having it so well organised.

The only thing that's possibly caught them on the hop is the demand, given the poor attendance for the equivalent game in 2019.

Spent the last hour selecting seats in West Stand, into my basket umpteen times but will not get past the Select Payment option. Deeing me f***ing heed in

Well said and absolutely correct

The estimated attendances by the club are used every home game to calculate numbers of staff needed, police, ambulance etc and they are normally very accurate. however I think you may be correct in your thinking. i am sure however that due guiness guzzlers comments when he was explaining about the minutes of the meeting of the 28th, i am sure he made comment that he was impressed by the preparation the club had made, should we progress to the play offs. I think the club had to work to scenario's on a flow chart basis. They would obviously hope for a near sell out, but get to the stage of working out if the owls will want more tickets, will we give them more or will our demand be greater. all going to depend on numbers at 5pm.

Fully agree. It’s not complicated in the least.

Imagine thinking 10k SCH won't be taking up their seat.😂😂

I think there'll be a fair few who will have bought different seats to their own. I almost did on accident, and then realised I could get my own seat and it wasn't actually already sold.

There'll also be loads that will want to sit with their friends/family who aren't SCH.

Then there'll be the ones that just aren't going.

It'll be around 5-10k imo.

Can't wait to see the concourse alight with flags and flares while I stretch me legs out owa 3 seats in a prime position behind the goal
In your dreams !!

The rate tickets are going the ex-SCH tickets in the lower bowl will easily sell out before Friday. Whether the Premier Concourse corner sells out before Friday is another thing altogether.
