Will struggle to make 30k.
Short notice for a Friday, its on TV, loads of season ticket holders won't be there, and the club seem to be on a mission this season to make ticket buying far more complicated than it should be.
Interesting to see if the short notice for Wembley will have the same effect. I am guessing it wont

Will the tickets go on sale at 5pm tonight?
My season card seat is with the bairns in the family zone but I'm getting on the drink for this one and going with the lads.
I'd rather try and snap up a ticket close to them in the south stand rather than just cram in next to them.

It might take a little bit of time to update systems etc but the lower bowl tickets will be on sale pretty quickly after the 5pm deadline

To be fair with our being run by Ticketmaster (iirc) it shouldn't have an issue with just a few hundred/thousand people. It deals with far bigger numbers when gig tickets are released
OK. Might give it a try! Although if another block released today in PC probably buy there.

This Tweet from SAFC yesterday hints at something happening at 6pm today.
It might be the release of the reserved seat, or it might not??

Do the club have enough stewards/bar staff etc employed to be able to cope with a full stadium?

We self police marra

I'll keep my laptop on and keep on the pulse with it... hopefully snap up a south stander's ticket who's shifted to the concourse

Sunderland have a high percentage who have long journeys to home games,150 miles each way for me.

I don't have a SC so have to arrange travel and accommodation, at very short notice, before I have a ticket. I'll have to miss work on Friday, drive over and stay the night. The cost of the ticket is absolutely irrelevant.

I'd say the lower gates, for these night games, are more to do with our many exiles than lazy SC holders.

Going to be some pissed off folk who go to the ticket office today to buy a ticket to be told that they need to come back tomorrow
They’ll release more premier concourse tickets at 9am. They sold out overnight and nobody will of been working to release more blocks.
