We usually do Greek holidays lazy ones centred around the beach. SWMBO has just said tonight she wants a change.
She wants beach one day then a trip the next day. Not Spain.

Greece with trips would be a start as the fact you lie on a beach normally best keep it simple to start with .Plus you say Spain like you've done it all

I get that! UK holidays actually work out expensive. Cornwall is lovely though and with good weather it would meet your wife (?)'s criteria.
