I’ve been using My Fitness Pal for the last week and I’ve found that I’ve been struggling to meet my protein targets on days where the calories in my meals means I don’t have scope to have a 2nd protein shake. I’m never a million miles away (19-21% when my target is 25%) but ideally I’d like to hit my macros as closely as possible (especially since it seems to be fat that takes the extra).
The main thing I think I can change is my morning snack. I’ve been having a Stoats cereal bar, which are the best tasting Katy bar I’ve had. However they are only 7% protein and 45% fat.
Does anyone have any suggestion for something that’s about the same price but higher in protein/lower in fat?
