High blood pressure

Mine was similar so have been on omopladine for about a year which brought my 2nd figure down to about 95, i sort of forgot to take it for a couple of months recently though.
Went in for a pre op check and it was just over 90, had an op on my spine and when in recovery it was just over 80, been home about 5 weeks now and still only 78 to 80 with no meds, very odd, dunno if its because im not in the office and just doing some work from home?

Had a routine medical at work and I was 190/110 and the medic says it's typical white coat syndrome which I know I have. I just hate having my bp taken. They've given me one to wear 24 hours and it's down to 140/85.
Anyone else suffer from this?

Aye, I've had a few knee ops in my time, before each one my blood pressure rocketed.
First op, the anaesthetist refused to put me under, because in his words "if anything go wrong: you sue me!".
