Whittards do a lovely ‘sleepy tea’ with peach, vanilla and honey in. Although it has about as much sugar as a chocolate bar in it so find it harder to fall asleep ironically tastes nice though and it’s lovely with iced water as well for a summery drink so more of a during the day drink and stick to chamomile on a night.
