i don't get this from what he has had to work with malarky.
he has had no positive influence on the players at his disposal either spirit ,technical or tactically wise
The players that he has brought in on loan have actually weakened the squad .
i reserve judgment on Ejaria but Camp,Clarke Shithouse and Fletcher have actually weakened the playing squad and has hastened our quick descent to league 1.
He comes across as a genuine guy for which sympathy should be due but his actions and statements such as "we are where we are"are similar to the utterances of an "eyetie general" in world war 2 who has the white flag ready to wave.
I am not convinced by him at all to be homest
