Saw it this morning on my walk. It's obviously fungus but it looks like a space alien has crash landed on the tree

This one looks more appetising but don't know if it's edible. There's actually two types there.

Top one is jelly fungi the bottom one is hard to tell without seeing underneath. A copper trumpet or chanterelle. Not 100% on that one.

Look like Chanterelle mushrooms, but wouldn't be risking it.
