No. Rape in the Third Degree is a Class E felony - the least serious category. He faces 1-5 years.

At least he's been remanded in custody. The usual story for rich Americans is they stay out of jail until the appeals process is exhausted.

it says he's facing up to 25 years which is most likely life if he gets that. he was found not guilty of the most serious one which was life.
