Was obvious once the cheap appointment of Dickman was announced last week and Grayson's assistant was sacked. Genuinely an horrendous appointment (Dickman). Shame for Grayson but that's football. However Featherstone/Dickman will be absolutely frightening but cheap "yes men" who will do as they're told. Terrible

Did some good work with clubs pre Sunderland. Sunderland was a basket case of a club and that was the start of his downfall, it was an impossible job and his career since Sunderland hasn't been great and unfortunately it hasn't worked for him at Pools. Not sure any manager would have done much at Sunderland at that time. Shame it hasn't worked for him and wish him well.

That's him, mags didn't have a proper academy so poached him and a few other staff members from academy cos we had loads coming through it like Young, Rigg, Watson etc. They expected it to work there and it didn't, think he had a few differet roles there and still rubbish
