Talking to a Spurs fan yesterday who reckons he’ll go to Man United or Liverpool. Can’t see him going to Liverpool so that leaves United who are arguably worse than Spurs the past few years. No one else could afford his wages.
 
Kane will stay at Spurs, absolutely no chance he will leave.

He will win something at Spurs before he retires, under Conte I would fancy them to win the FA Cup or League Cup next season, even the Europa League if they don't get out of their CL group.

I do think if Levy is clever, he should give Conte £100m to £150m to spend, they have a good core group there and two boys from Juve had made a huge impact.

3 or 4 shrewd signings and they could solidify themselves as a top 4 team again.

By far the best move he could make would be to stay, but only if they can convince Conte to stay.
