Tore my hamstring a couple of years ago and always been a half decent runner but this year when I've got back into training for the GNR my hamstring is very tight all of the time
Looking at massages to try and loosen up and it appears I can either go for
- sports massage
- deep tissue massage
Or the pins stuck in but I don't really want that.
Just wondering if there's much of a difference between the two I've mentioned, must admit I don't know the difference at all
