Half time Entertainment…….

After watching the video Everton Flashmob stewards against Fulham, and also seeing the Crystals at Selhurst Park,
( ), Got me thinking, what has been the most surreal half time/pre match entertainment you've ever seen?

Once saw a police dog show at Roker that was canny especially when the dog pounced on the gadgy pretending to be a bad guy - saw a race with 2 fans in bubble things at Roker too and a inflatable sumo fight Im sure

Some female gymnastics display team with lasses in leotards doing loads of stretching and bending. They were offended by all the wolfwhistles and "get your tits out" type comments from the crowd. Errrr why did nobody think of that before the performance?

That video would have been better if he had stopped it just after the kid said "what?" :)

Beat me to it what a good show that was

Not half time but remember at wolves away last day of the season (lost 2-1 jones scored early on) there were cheerleaders in front of our fans dancing away, within seconds a drunk sunderland fan, old enough to be their dad was in the middle of them dancing:lol:

Bloke with condom on his head away at Oxford in the early nineties. IIRC it was more entertaining than the match.

Re the police dog show ..... The best bit about that was we had Jamie Lawrence on our books and as the 'robber' ran from the dog, the main stand paddocks sang "one Jamie Lawrence, there's only one Jamie Lawrence".

Down brum city good few years back now an army regiment were doing self defence displays bugger my them lads didn't hold back much from each other, how some didn't get hurt goodness knows, remember mr testicles at Everton and that wolves one mentioned above.
But does anyone recall at a field that Craig who won big brother came on the pitch received a bit of banter/abuse from us in the away end then declared his winnings was going to the Down's syndrome girl iirc queue a few people in our end feeling bad about the aforementioned abuse??

Ha Ha aye remember that

Sheffield Wednesday away during the Keane promotion season. Rock band Saxon came on at half time but not to play any music, oh no, it was for something far more impressive.
They came on to try and get the crowd to be part of a world record attempt at playing air guitar. Unfortunately for the old rocker's Sunderland were 2-0 up at the time and the home crowd weren't really in the mood.
While the band thrashed around there long grey hair pretending to play guitar they were greeted with boos and shouts of fuck off from the Wednesday fans whilst the Sunderland fans sang Keano to the tune of Hey Jude for the whole half time interval.
