Any decent gyms in Sunderland, just left the Aquatic as I can't afford the £28 a minth they want so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative.
Cheers
Is it weights or fitness you are after or both
Mainly weights, It's all I really used the aquatic for. I go running 2, 3 times a week and play for a football team so it's not really needed for cardio.

Reckon you will be doing well to get something for less than £28 a month mind

I was getting it on a concession but I've recently got a new job, but it's only working as and when required so I don't want to say yes to parting with £30 monthly when I might only get a couple of hundred quid one month..... Cheers for ya help mate.
Try Michael Dobsons gym in Houghton if its not too far. Wheeler House opposite The White Lion on Newbottle St. Tel. 5844848. Got all the gear and worth a try.
Have known Micky since I was a young'un when he taught me Karate (about 20 years ago) and I think that is the 1st time I have ever heard someone call him Michael.
