Running. Have been for three months now, running the GNR on Sunday.

I’ve just bought an adjustable bench and then fancy selectable dumbbells for the garage this week but haven’t used them yet. My arms are like twigs, even more so than they were before.

My hip injury seems to have abated which is good news as I can comfortably deadlift again.

Not gone proper heavy yet but pulled 200kg for the first time in months today with an RPE of something stupidly low.

For months it’s felt slow as fuck.
