Son turned 15 and he wants to get this game. Caved in as all his mates play it online.

What is the best one to get? Just the game or some online edition where he will get some extra content etc? He has a PS Plus account but don’t want him to get the game then want to spend a load of money on upgrades.

Is the Premium Online edition worth it.
 


There's no additional content like map packs that you can buy other than cash cards that let you buy stuff in game. It's a 'real' city with shops so you buy your own food, clothes, cars etc. Want a gun, buy it bullets cost too. You get cash from doing jobs but the cash cards bought with real money can give you a head start.

Yeah get that but as he’s never played before didn’t know if best to buy just the game and then some money to buy shit or this premium online version that has a criminal enterprise starter pack. An office, some cars, guns and a bit of cash. Wanted to know if it was worth doing that or just cash.

I've not played it since ps3 but I'd imagine the office will probably let you run some higher paying missions.
 
if you have amazon prime you can link the account with twitch and claim some ingame stuff for free.

You get some cash and a appartment from the new dlc they added.
 
Get in the horse racing on the casino you make a mint. Only bet on horse one and the maximum amount of 10k chips and it wins a lot more often than not, trick is to back out and back in until the second horse has 5/1 odds. Made $3m in about 3 days off it!

Won the new car off only the second spin on the lucky wheel as well :lol:
 
The premium online version is on offer in the ps store atm. I’ve just bought it, yet to play like. Not even sure where to start tbh lol
