Tell you what, the team at Rockstar really know their stuff when it comes to the physics of a person being bounced off a bonnet

In terms of intent for an attempted murder charge, they just need to act in a way where killing someone is a real possibility due to their reckless actions/behaviour.

Not the way I remember it from being at uni (though was a while back so might have changed) - you need the intention to kill and commit a positive act with aim of inflicting homicide. Reckless action wouldn't necessarily be enough.
