Grealish - Not Taking a Penalty

Woodlebert not having a go at you.

Its never a case of who fancies it. He should have a list of his first 12 takers, in order. They should have been drilled on the art of scoring spot kicks with hours and hours of training.

Rashford was a shocking choice, struggled all season, Saka poor lad given a poison chalice, if GS could not see the lad was struggling out on the field since his introduction, well it just raises so many more questions about GS management.
Yes and that’s a more scientific method, is it not?

Saka was a bad call. Rashford, I understand. I thought it was a bad call to bring on two players solely to take pens and everybody I watched with said the same at the time

Grealish was professional throughout the whole tournament, despite Southgate completely under-using him and even subbing him after bringing him on as a sub. Shocking really.

If anyone deserved to be hauled off after being brought on it was Saka in the final.

Well thats his job. Not asking much like.

Whats with scientific, its football man.

Right Marcus & Bukayo I've scientifically selected you for a penalty kick each  :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Talk elsewhere about scientific 👋

Not rocket science like, do your job and dont ask for plaudits for doing the basics.
There's nothing wrong with speaking out if you feel aggrieved about something. The decision to sub him after being brought on as a sub was a very odd one. He should have been involved a lot more.

Nah, he is a liability for me, gives away possession far too much.

There are other players in the squad who should feel much more aggrieved, Grealish played his part and had his run out.

Southgate is a good man. However, I wish we had a proper manager but no World class manger will take it.

You think? I think his ball retention is pretty good. He does draw a lot of fouls mind. I was surprised how poor Mount's distribution was the other night. Saka too was quick to give the ball away under pressure. Rice impressed me though.

I totally don't agree with this. England's long standing problem. Play the average non risk taking players instead of using the real talent available.

agree on the other players you mention, its the nature of Grealish game really he is not the player to keep possession often he is looking for a killer pass that doesn't come off, his game is not that suited to a critical knockout tie against a possession team IMO

I still don't agree, he rarely loses it and if he does he generally wins us a free kick. He's a brilliant footballer most of the rest are good.

It would be presenting data and creating a likely outcome based on that. I don’t understand how you don’t that’s anything other than ‘more scientific’ than “who fancies it?”
