I didn't even notice :lol: and I've only had a couple of slurps of wine as well :)
Haha that was before I turned out  this win has sent me effing mad

Pissheeds

Get a cuppa tea down ya man!
To late ' hic ' ;)

There's always shitehawks about, get it at every team, no matter how well they do.
That's true mate but I still can't understand why. Why do they bother if they ain't happy with a win?

Weirdos of you ask me.

Nobody is being a happy clapper. But compared to the utter shite we had under Moyes, even just the attitude / commitment / tactics / team spirit are miles away from last season

Things look positive, i'm enjoying watching us again, just enjoy it man :D
Thats what is driving the OP.
He was so utterly wrong about moyes that these little shoots of recovery, since that miserable sack of shite walked away, are a source of annoyance and embarassment to him.

Eh? Would you rather we lost but had 70% possession?
It's actually reassuring rather than worrying that we a solid result from such low possession. It shows we had a plan and executed it very well.
I expect us to employ this tactic a lot against teams like Wolves, Boro,Hull and the like.

Obviously not. On another day we could have been easily splattered. I would like to see us have more share in games like that going forward. It's not rocket science....

Did you see the game? It may help to add context rather than cherry picking one stat and making an assessment based on it. We let them have the ball for very long periods in areas that weren't harming us (think Poyet when we were playing for playing's sake), we kept our shape and stayed disciplined and to be honest we weren't massively troubled until the last twenty or so when we were 0-3 up and ironically went a little more direct and ceded possession a bit.

We can still massively improve with the ball and look after it more when we do have possession but equally we were looking to break quickly on them and that doesn't involve looking to keep possession so much. More possession doesn't necessarily equal a greater likelihood of getting splattered, just look at Leicester's Championship winning side.

Just hope to hell Watmore comes back as quick off the mark as he was before the surgery.
Could be fun this

Norwich could have had all the possession that they wanted but we still buried them - clearly Grayson went there with a plan and it worked.

Was it sexy? Maybe not.

Did the raw possession stats have some of us up in arms here for the first twenty minutes?

Aye it did, me included

Did the team put three points on the board against what was slated to be a tough opponent away from home?

f***ing right they did
