I think anyone who has been in management has taken over an under performing office/shop/store and had staff who liked the way things were, long lunch breaks, coming in late, Monday off as a hangover day, you either get rid or they will get rid of you but whining that your staff will not do what you want is pathetic.
100% mate

Which is ironically what Benno said on commentary he should do as he had to show ambition and go two up top so moved Watmore there.

They need to be called out, they are taking the piss out of the fans.

You would if they needed a certain number of people and could not get anymore till January.

It took months before Sam got us winning games, he was getting slaughtered in the first couple of months.
do you think the current squad are caring enough to listen?. im not picking a fight mate; )

And there in lies the problem, this was a massive job before the season started, it is even bigger now, who worth their salt will risk their career on this place? (suspect Grayson wishes he hadnt)

Dont worry about poor Simon, his payoff (I hope its soon) when it inevitably comes will soften the blow

Not nearly as much as safc fans everywhere wish he hadn’t I guarantee. The Steele signing alone was unforgivable.

That's him gone. The players won't stand for it. O'Shea and Cattermole will be in Bain's office tomorrow.

As long as we have lazy unfit piss head knackers like these two ruling the roost we will be shit. Jones looked like he had came straight onto the pitch from a session, Gibson no surprise was fucked about 45 mins and probably gasping for a pint.

Then we've the likes of Rodwell who there's never been pisshead rumours about but he's got zero interest in fulfilling his end of the golden deal he gets.

Precisely. But just how do we get rid of them when they are on such good contracts and nobody will sign them?

I had a rant on here after the Cardiff game, when an injury / water break had Neil Warnock getting all the players around him and obviously talking tactics, while Grayson stood and watched and did nothing.
35 minutes in yesterday, exactly the same scenario, he just does nothing to affect the game during the 90 minutes. He looks lost.

He keeps doing it - 4-4-2 against QPR and it doesnt work so he changes it. Today was the worst - the system when he brought on McManaman was bizarre - he effectively put 4 up front and they barely touched the ball as Bristol overran us. He's tried 442, 3 at the back with wing backs (one time using Browning as a wingback bizarrely) 4231 etc. etc. He really is clueless.

Browning wasn't playing, do you mean Kone. It's the f***ing stupidist decision I've ever seen. Ndong playing as centre half in what actually shaped up like a back 3 with Jones and O'Shea as Oviedo must have pushed forward or disappeared. Kone playing off the front man, although I'm not sure who that was as Grabban and Vaughan also vanished.
