On BBC Newcastle now.

Players fault for not following instructions. Players fault for making mistakes and not making the right decision.
Players not showing their quality.
They prepare the players all week and they're not doing it what they're being told, been shown on powerpoints what to do.

Wants to have a look at himself and his preparation the f***ing idiot. He's talking like has has all the answers and none of it is his fault.

Power point? f***ing seriously? No wonder they don't respond to him, I bet the cvnts like David f***ing Brent, when I'm in a meeting at work and some tw@ brings out the power point I totally switch off. Bet the bastard uses buzz words, the players will be making Wanker signs behind his back. Tosser.

Which is ironically what Benno said on commentary he should do as he had to show ambition and go two up top so moved Watmore there.

What Grayson did was not ambition but tactical suicide

Don't really care what Benno said. What I saw was Bristol throw on the big man and go 442 but it wasn't working for them, we were doing Ok pressing them fairly high up the pitch.

Grayson then exerts his tactical genius on the game.

Moves Watmore up front and rips the heart out of midfield
We end up playing 424
Four in a line up front.
Two in midfield. One of which was Gibson who by this time had given up even attempting a half hearted jog

They take control, Game over.

You, along with your point about wanting an empty stadium as the fans put too much pressure on the players

Not only me bagpuss, who has seen through you.

A Scarborough fan, then safc from 92 onwards, ironically the SKYBOY era you accuse me of. Plus a season we got to the cup final

1970 onwards for me. The Tyne tees era and two games live a season on telly.

Seen through what you clown? I said it would be better having an empty stadium than a stadium full of people getting on the players back, I stand by that. To argue that there is not an issue in terms of playing infront of the fans at the SOL is utterly absurd, the stats dont lie.

Being a Skyboy is an attitude, not a period of time you have supported a team...Its the kind of attitude that you admitted just the other day would see you wanting the next manager gone if he did shit in his first 10 games.

he likes "were are all in this together"

To be fair half the board tell him to be more positive, take more chances and put more forwards on when chasing a goal....So after weeks of slating him for being too conservative, now we slag him off for not being conservative enough?
Playing 4-4-2 isn't more positive. Its usually a sign of desperation for us. If you don't have the ball you cant score!
We just dont have the players to play 4-4-2 effectively.
Its more to do with how he organises the team. Once we have got back into the game we tend to sit back and let the opposition come onto us.
Last week we came out second half and sat back, formations don't matter in that regard.
Theres a lot of people on this board come out with all sorts of crazy formations I wouldn't trust them to manage us either, but to be fair they aren't being paid millions of pounds!
I like that you are still supporting Grayson, but I'm yet to the green shoots of recovery and I think he's a clueless mess.

If the message isn’t sinking in then he needs to do something else.

Perhaps, as most of us suspect, the message he’s giving is the actual issue.

losing it.

I have posted so many times in response to you, been met with insult.

I expect nothing at safc accept this

a home win within 7 attempts

to score first in a home game

this manager has achieved neither and by his methods looks completely clueless on how to do this.

all I have said, which you ignore but like insult.

you have been seen for what you are. Someone who will lash out if not agreed with.

your empty stadium wish is bang on target.

all I want is safc to win a few games, no trophies, no promotion

if Grayson stays, we will be down before april

Its not about supporting Grayson and never has been and pointed this out at length last week...Its about understanding that the problems are bigger than the manager and replacing him with another Grayson/Moyes will not turn us round. Barring a few weeks under Allardyce we have been progressively more shit for the last 6 years no matter how many times we roll the managerial dice.

That's him gone. The players won't stand for it. O'Shea and Cattermole will be in Bain's office tomorrow.

Aye but the big flaw in your plan is that you think that by sacking Grayson this will automatically happen....In reality you are clutching at straws and as seen when we got rid of Moyes the recovery you take for granted doesnt always arrive.

Ah thats a shame. I thought your argument was he needed time to turn it around rather than just being scared of risk.
I'll agree that for us to become "a force" again there are bigger problems. But short term Grayson is the biggest problem.

In the absence of a better plan then might as well stick with Grayson as pointless paying two managers for shit results.

However its not happeningwith him so we need to roll the diceor risk falling into the 3rddivision

That is a risk that was largely created by giving the manager a 1st division budget. That risk will imho not be removed by removing Grayson.

Il disagree . Personally believe we are better than our positionand have plsyers more than capable of a mid table position. This chap hasnt a clue regarding tactics or man managememt . It needs a tough talking no nonsense man to grt this lot in shape . Grayson is not thatman and never will be .

And there in lies the problem, this was a massive job before the season started, it is even bigger now, who worth their salt will risk their career on this place? (suspect Grayson wishes he hadnt)

Tbf mate if he helped himself id have more compassion . Hes totally useless

I’m a night shift manager and if my boss came in to a shit hole in the morning and I trotted out the “its the staffs fault, I keep tellin them what to do but they aren’t doing it” line, I wouldn’t be in the job much longer!
I think anyone who has been in management has taken over an under performing office/shop/store and had staff who liked the way things were, long lunch breaks, coming in late, Monday off as a hangover day, you either get rid or they will get rid of you but whining that your staff will not do what you want is pathetic.
