Not the TV studio. To save me trawling that Internet, who has been, did they love it? What is a must...bars, restaurants, museums, market recommendations appreciated. Going in March will I need a jumper?

Great, lapsed catholic, atheist that I am I still love a cathedral. Been to Seville was lovely, how does Granada compare?I’m currently just west of it. In Seville. Got here yesterday. It’s raining and jacket temperatures but warm enough to sit outside for a coffee. It’ll brighten up next week. March will be nice in Granada I expect.
And you are going to absolutely love the Alhambra.
Edit: it’s a lovely city. Roam the streets and markets, take it in. Beautiful. The Cathedral is gorgeous.
Just as a matter of interest how did you read it. Expected reviews of the Coronation Street Tour.Read that title wrong

Grrrr jealous. Will not reply to any of your threads for 3 weeks to let you get on. EnjoyDunno. Only arrived in Seville last night. Just walked past the cathedral so far. I tend to mooch around a place and get my bearings before I go anywhere specific.
tbf Granada was a few years ago but I recall the Cathedral being grand. What stood out though, of course, was the Alhambra. I’m looking forward to the Alcazar in Seville, then going on to Cádiz and Jerez and maybe a trip to Cordoba plus a couple of other places. I’m here for 17 days. So forgive me if I don’t contribute to this thread again. Too busy.![]()

The owner of Granada tv named it after said Spanish city after a trip there. So he liked it. Pointless bit of trivia there mateNot the TV studio. I went in 1976, I recall little about it apart from a trip to La Alhambra which I recommend - €19 and don’t forget your passportNot the TV studio. Was that the German V6 with rear distributor?Best car I ever owned - 2.3GL with many ghia extras.
This was going to be my next question before the thread started going terribly wrong, we are both veggie so how to politely say no Tapas please. Thanks for recommendationIt will likely be a bit cold at night in March, definitely need a jacket. It's much colder there than Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba etc. It's a nice city but didn't think it was up to much in terms of nightlife compared to it's neighbouring cities.
The Alhambra is amazing though, and I'm not usually one for traipsing around cathedrals, castles etc. Worth every penny, but remember to book ahead as it does sell out.
We're vegetarian so the free tapas was mostly wasted on us, though did find a couple of bars that specialised in non meat tapas. Kiosko Las Titas down by the river was a lovely place to sit in the sun and graze for an hour or so, big free portion size too, would recommend.
Get off my thread you gorgeous granda you, unless you got something constructive to say .Was that the German V6 with rear distributor?
Thread hijack, yeah I know but much more interesting.
