I guess it would be useful for international drivers in areas theyd not been before. You dont want to be up a Mountain with no street lights.

But you'd think it was common sense.

You'd think someone will be getting sacked for this. Enormous waste of money, you can't see shit in most of them as it's so dark. Pointless.
