If you can't wait for it to be on Sky you can torrent it the day it's shown in Italy and within twenty four hours there'll be English subtitles available here:

Last time there were 1080 version available a few hours after it screened in Italy. The trailer looks good. The grimy locations, the horrific interior decor, the general Italianness of the whole thing. There'll be a few shows to get used to the new characters then they'll all start killing each other again. Fantastic.
