We were walking for 9 this morning as the mist was lifting over the north your Moors. Walked in beautiful sunshine all morning and then back into the murk as we drove back to Northallerton

Just a tad over 27 kilometers today 22 walking and just did 5 on the treadmill in the gym.

Sadly, I don’t doubt that for a minute. Down there most days and it’s mental how many lazy bastards leave it. I will say this though, it’s always on a weekend, not half as bad during the week even when there’s loads of dogs about.
Had a little 10 mile stroll from Causey Arch through Tanfield and Burnopfield earlier. A nice crisp afternoon.

Seen one knacker with about 5 different dogs all different breeds, Chihuahua, Labrador, Japanese Akita and a couple of other randoms. All off the lead mooching about everywhere, seen one of them have a shite and just kept on walking, he kept shouting haway none of them taking a blind bit of notice of him. Was nearly in the sea trying to keep my dog away from his Akita that was going up to everyone and every dog on the beach.

Just planning some walks for this year, looking at Croxdale to Sunderland using the Weardale Way track. Marathon distance, looks a cracking walk to be fair.

Yeah it looks alright and I've done a few parts. The in-laws live en-route at Fatfield which is useful for a water stop/refill/piss stop. as well as a pint along one of the bars

Got out Yesterday, Speeton to Filey, along the coastline, about 16km round trip. Beautiful views, stunning coastline.

You might be meaning at Cox green rather than Fatfield.
