There are days when I really don't fancy it before heading out but once I'm out I enjoy the walk.I'm not sure that I ever look forward to walking, but I do 4-5 miles a day. I always feel better for it.
I think dogs provide a great motivation. There again, my dog, like many, doesn't normally fancy it, either! There are days when I really don't fancy it before heading out but once I'm out I enjoy the walk.
Did four miles along the front this morning and it was already getting a little busy at 8am. I'm guessing people are trying to go out early to avoid the crowds.
Even before the pandemic I went down early to avoid the crowds. See the same people each time but today it just seemed to get busy all of a sudden.its crackers, fire engine couldn’t get down sand point road earlier because of the cars.

I’m not exactly doing hikes like, just normal streets but me foot does get a bit tender
