Got up and seen the weather and felt shite, turned it on its head and went for a 4 mile run. I was a bit soggy getting back in the house but you've got to get out there! Feel class for going out now.
29k steps, you sure? I do the marina to minchellas at sheelz and its only 17k one way (coastal path). 7.5 miles. Last time I did there and back it only came to 31k (short route back).Done Roker to Souter and back today, 29,000 steps, 3.5 hours just over 10 miles.
Could murder a beer, is it February yet...
12 miles on Saturday then....I was f***ing raging having watched the match so I went out for a walk. 9.7 miles for the day!
Go for it ...getting out the front door is the hardest bit... Good luck mate..No walk this week yet for me. I'll have to get out tomorrow even if it's a blast around the block
Working from home. It's easy just to switch the laptop off look outside, see its pissing down and think I'd rather not.Go for it ...getting out the front door is the hardest bit... Good luck mate..
No such thing as bad weather... It's bad clothing that stop us getting out in the winter..Working from home. It's easy just to switch the laptop off look outside, see its pissing down and think I'd rather not.
I'll try and go for a quick walk on my lunch tomorrow

Global warming is all your fault... Say sorry...Going by that logic, there's no such thing as good weather either.
Which, of course, is utter, utter bollocks.

That depends upon how much excess weight you are carrying. I've been walking regularly since last March and mostly do 3 miles per day in addition to playing golf and I've lost half a stone roughly from being 11 stone.See my post above, you think thats a way to lose a few pounds? or do I need to do a lot more?
You will lose weight, just keep at it, I started on 15000 steps a day, it didn't take long to tone up and start burning fat, good luckSee my post above, you think thats a way to lose a few pounds? or do I need to do a lot more?
