Goat



As it just tastes a bit like lamb just do something that you'd do with lamb

Goat tastes nothing remotely like lamb,
though it does vaguely resemble Mutton, (old sheep ready for the knacker yard).

Curry is probably the best bet in order to mask the stink and taint of old goat,
as served up in your local Indian restaurant.
 
I’d imagine if he got half a goat, he’d get one.
Shirley would depend on the direction of the slicing, longitudinal or transverse.

That's probably why the only kebabs I ever eat are in Greece!!! Another one for curried goat. Here's one Goat curry, though I would favour a West Indian style like this one Jamaican Curried Goat. Never done it myself, but I had a Jamaican curried goat once and it was magic! It had bananas in it like!!!!
