Place cubed goat in a marinade of yoghurt, coriander, cumin, chilli, ginger and turmeric. Leave in fridge for two hours....... then curry some lamb and throw goat out. Goat is shite.

Tagine works well with goat meat, but as said, you need to cook it for along time.
Actually, may be even better to slow roast, then immediately add to the tagine and stew.

More goat eaten across the globe than any other red meat. If you have had lamb in a hot country then you have probably had goat. You don’t see many sheep in hot countries

That's probably why the only kebabs I ever eat are in Greece!!! Another one for curried goat. Here's one Goat curry, though I would favour a West Indian style like this one Jamaican Curried Goat. Never done it myself, but I had a Jamaican curried goat once and it was magic! It had bananas in it like!!!!
