Ok I have some friends staying over Saturday night and the wife can thave

Gluten - not a crumb
Beef
Pork
Shellfish
seefood
Apples
pears
Quince
kiwi
hazelnuts
peanuts
cashews

was thinking of doing thai green chicken but some fish sauce in that so might be out

supplemented with some nice Asian stir fry veg.

Rice as far as I know is fine. can this be confirmed

alternatively then do a lamb rogan josh and a chicken curry. might try bhajis using gluten free flour that I have in anyway

nice onion salad and some dhal or something similar.

any other suggestions

Just do the thai curry and don't put fish sauce in.

Surely one meal won't harm

Just say it's gluten free

will if its allergy related and she can't bloody breathe.

slinging nice thai salads in as long as I don't use peanut dressing I should be ok

I'll have a gander down the gluten aisle at Tesco. they carry loads these days

the other option was down the greek/Turkish route..

chicken, lamb mince, falafels, tsastiki etc

cous cous is a no no I belivee too ?

its come on in recent years.. she used to love an ale.. lives on the G and T's now

they offered to go out and eat but I offered to cook prior to us all going to the pub

If it's not a dinner party meal as such then a curry is a good option or we like a dish called 'halal cart chicken' which is served with a turneric rice

Coq au Vin ?

She must have given ideas if it's that serious

All a con imo

Load it with gluten, she'll take ill and not go out on the night, your lass will say she's no longer bothered about going out = blokes night out on the piss with cheaper rounds.
