to the people that went ,what did ya think ,i thort they were really good ,daddys gone lifted the place like ,me mate reckons he was miming like

At first it didn't seem like his (own cheating) heart was in it, but the heckling seemed to spur him on a bit.
I enjoyed it and was glad they stuck mainly to the first album.
I didn't think he was miming though

Wasn't there myself like but about 10 of my mates were, each and every one of them was 100% sure he was miming.

Was he fuck miming man! It's a long range mic so you can have it further away from your gob and it still picks it up, it suited his vocal really well.

Good gig spoiled by a crowd full of wankers, no wonder bands never come to Sunderland.

I don't think he was miming but the sound quality towards the back right was abysmal - it was like listening through a wall - and you could barely hear the vocal. After a few people left - or got hoyed out, we got nearer the front and it was loads better. Strange atmosphere though.

I thought that too, like everyone was on edge for some reason, i just thought thats how it was in the independent because ive never been in there glad someone else noticed, i know fuck all about live music to be honest so cannot judge on whether he mimed or not, but my mate who i went with an experienced gig goer and has seen Glasvegas a few times said he deffo was and its not the first time, apparently this tour theyre on is plagued by people saying they mimed

i got hoyed out for booing! they were miming like!

Why didn't you just walk out if you weren't enjoying it?

He wasn't miming but the venue isn't good enough to accomodate that many people, the acoustics of the room are f***ing shit, the ceiling is too low and when it's as densely packed as last night, you can't hear a thing at the back. The majority of the boos and heckles came from the back of the room which is no coincidence, move forward into the crowd or go home instead of painting our city as a bunch of small town daft kernts.

I must say though, £15 quid for a gig experience like that is a shambles and the Independent promoters want to at least ensure they can lay a good gig on for that price in Sunderland or else the music scene here will only fade further into obscurity.

Totally spot on mate. They're revamping Independent over the next few weeks so hopefully that'll sort it out.

Ive mentioned before that they are by far the worst band I have ever seen live.
