Glastonbury 2023

I hope yer covers band tries to entertain yer audience then, cos I’ve got a feeling you’ll look as interested as Alex Turner’s backing band 🥱
We're going back to Butlins again
Believe it or not proper music fans don't need 4 jumping smiley monkeys in front of them

Her and the flute became a massive story in the States a few month back tbh. Kind of ridiculous

Exactly how I’d expect our resident gammons to react if sam smith was to pose as the king or boris in one of his videos

It's just highly polished pub stuff though
Of course the punters enjoy it ,there's no risk involved
It used to be chucked out Sunday afternoon down there when everyone was recovering

It wasn’t highly polished. And there’s arguably greater risk for Blossoms. Doing a covers set with Rick Astley is hardly playing it safe for a band of lads in their pomp

Have they shown any of Richard Thompson? Been checking iPlayer and nowt. I usually look at the Glastonbury line up and see one or two I'd really like to see and a couple I wouldn't mind but the Acoustic tent this year has got a load of good acts.
I would argue, having seen him, there has never been a better acoustic solo act than RT. Maybe ever! One of the best gigs I’ve ever seen. Hammersmith I think? Around twenty year ago
