Glastonbury 2023

He's got his couple of hits then the rest is like a novelty sixties showband. Good for him if he can get away with it but it's refined karaoke and provides a bit of crowd singalong.
And 10 times more entertaining than the Artics that’s for sure
Same as thousands of bands in thousands of pubs up and down the land tonight
Miserable get 😅😅
This is getting better with every song, end it Rick Ashley has won Glastonbury. He’s swigging frigging red stripe now 😂😂😂
No no no - you can’t enjoy this - you’re not allowed to!!

Well not really. Because they’ll not have the same kitsch value of an 80s pop star and a modern contemporary band collaborating to play.

That was really watchable and fun. Astley was brilliant and not a soul there didn’t enjoy it
It's just highly polished pub stuff though
Of course the punters enjoy it ,there's no risk involved
It used to be chucked out Sunday afternoon down there when everyone was recovering

I'm happy as Larry
I play in a cover band ,its a doddle No songs to write ,no gambles ,no testing new songs etc
Also I never watch pub bands
I hope yer covers band tries to entertain yer audience then, cos I’ve got a feeling you’ll look as interested as Alex Turner’s backing band 🥱
