There's been so many pointless cup games it's skewed everything, Oxford are one of the better teams in three league and we should have won that game.
We do however need to buy some proper players now in January due to not spending a penny in the summer, our approach in the summer reminds me of NHS management responding to a request for more staff, instead of just doing that they'll spend millions on consultants who advise them to change shift patterns, then after that's all done nothing has changed because they haven't done the only thing that will change the situation, spend money.
Anyway, over to you Mr Donald. You either spend and get promoted or you cripple the club and subsequently your own asset.

Parkinson's start has been abysmal. these players want bombing out of our club for that insult tonight. To lose 3-0 to a team starring at the conference with the wages these players are on in comparison is totally unacceptable. I like many, felt that whilst Jack Ross was close it was right to move him on but what we have seen since is embarrassing. In our last five away games we've scored one goal and effectively lost the lot. In our last two home games we've lost to a kids team and scrambled a draw with Gillingham. We are used to players downing tools over the last few years but never at such a low level. Not good enough !
