I've tried to keep out of the whole crowd argument-thingy.
Well, nearly. ;)
Good read, though.

re-reading it this bit interested me;

"Niall has been very vocal about more people coming to watch us in the stadium, and he's doing that largely from a footballing point of view because he feels passionately the team have a bigger chance of winning games with a big crowd behind them.

That's the message which should be getting banged home, loud and clear.

You never seen it old bean, don't try this game with me.

it was shit bait - it went back ;)

Re: Steve Walton

Compare the number of replies on this thread where everything is explained sensibly to the thread where the accounts were broke and the idiots of the forum united in mass hysteria...

Fortunately as an educated man, i could understand the accounts

Strange that something positive is only on 60 replies whilst all the negative shite is falling off the side of my pc.
If Quinn had said nowt and this was released the mood on this board would be extremely optimistic as opposed to the shit slinging thats been going on for the last few weeks.(imho of course)

Good read that.

That's how you make people want to go, Niall.

This.

Walton will have a job on his hands being heard over the negativity and doom mongering of his far more high profile colleague.

Great read, like others have said, why when there is a positive honest read like this, is it not jumped on like the negative after negative threads on here.

Because on a positive thread like this everyone tends to agree.

Where as on the 'negative' thread people have disagreed, you could almost say debated.

Mind you it would have been nice if the other 1700 who've had a look in had posted a 'hell yeah' or 'I dream of queenie'

Walton could definitely do with giving Niall a PR masterclass.

Great article, interesting the way the transfer costs are spread over the life of the players contract(s).

Id be very intersted to see our position after the sale of Bent too.

A really good and articulate response to the recent negative publicity. Thanks for posting the link which I am now forwarding on to all and sundry.

Almost but not quite, SuperKev. More like a collective hounding, lambasting & lynching of any poster, who might be the teensiest weensiest bit critical'. ;)
