Depends on band and venue, but for all my talk of "I'm too old for all that shite" at the pre-gig pints I always end up in the thick of it.

Age means ,1 pint ,4 bog trips to a packed wet bog so i tend to skip it nowdays

I love Wylam it’s a nice venue and I have had some cracking chats with the boss.

I can’t play jazz which I regret as jazz rhythm playing is a much prized skill.

Found out the gig I bought tickets for just before Covid kicked off is actually happening in 4 weeks time. Cannot bloody wait!

Afternoon on the beers in Newcastle, gig, more beers, crash in a hotel & day off the next day and out for a massive fry up. Mint.
