Getting bitten in the uk

Anyone else get regular bites once the temperature goes over 20degrees even here in the UK? Drives me nuts - can’t find a solution

Usually bout now i get them around my ankles but mine are not bites but heat spots. Not that mate?

Yeah a dog. Only had him 15 months and had them since i was little

theyre itchy as hell. He gets treated monthly as well
