Heard of so many people on here and at work etc who have bought extra tickets, so how come we are not expecting a bigger crowd:neutral:

Who actually isn't going who normally goes everyweek:confused:

Well all i keep hearing on here, people watching at home or pub, which is shite considering the performance the lads put in last week:evil:

This game should sell out. £10 FFS. It's been the argument on here for years that it the cost of a ticket that is the problem. Second to that is the standard of football. Well boo f***ing hoo here is their chance to prove they are a good as their word.

This game will not be close to a sell out.

SELLING CHEAP TICKETS WILL NOT FILL THE STADIUM

This.

I agree, but we would have had a small chance of a sell-out if it had been a 3pm saturday game, but monday night sky=nee chance, unfortunately.

The price of £10 should have enticed all Sunderland fans who were able to go and live within a 10 mile radius of SOL.
It is quite obvious that Quinn will be a lil pissed off if we only have 36k after more than halving the prices.

You are right but it's not those that think it I have the problem with, its the ones who say I too expensive and still won't be there. But I bet the pubs are full...three pints or live prem lge football I guess I will just never understand it.

Must be 15,000 people living within 20 miles of the SOL, who support S'land and can scrape a tenner together surely....Quinn must wonder what the fook he has to do now......

TBF do we actually have 40k genuine fans?

At RP in the last few seasons we couldn't even sell 22k for most games.

NUFC took a generation of fans away from us, it will take a while to repairs this.

In Penshaw when I was a kid i knew one NUFC fan, now most of the kids around the 20age group either have no interest or support the filth (they don't go to games)

True and there is a generation lost I agree. But it's only a few years we sold out week on week under pr so they are there. I am sure they have their reasons but money is deffo not one of them now that's for sure. So if the cost comes up again on here then I expect some shite to be thrown.

Just disappointed I guess.

..and re Roker. I would gladly go back to standing there with 17000 who gave a fuck, but I accept that to move the club forward we need bums on seats and cash coming in to compete. Which is why when I see investment like no other time in my 35 years we can't back safc to the hilt.
