scotland have had 0 attempts at goal according to the stats

.. not long back I would have been hoping the Scots got through ..

.. will be reason 10000000000000000000000000000000000000 for another independence referendum ..

I wouldnt mind if both Scotland and Ireland would go through as any games against them would be much funnier games rather than playing against Poland but that isnt going to happen so I prefer Ireland out of those two.

Scotland don't have any width bar the full backs, should get Anya wide and bring on Ritchie for Maloney. Get some crosses into Fletcher. Griffiths can come on later if needed.

Gonna tune into the second half now i'm back from graft. Even a draw will be pretty poor, and judging by the radio comms, even that is pretty unlikely.

Why are so many footballers one footed nowadays? Both strikers missing chances to score because they won't even try to use their weak foot.

niall quinn made a good point there about that chance that fletcher just couldnt reach. he is all left foot and could have scored if he had went for it with his right. nearly identical to the swansea game

nice finish by that georgian lad... shite game otherwise.

Baffles me when pundits analyse goals that they fail to mention defenders turning their back on shots which is exactly what happened with the centre half.
Stands his ground face on that shot would've hit him.

Wtf has went wrong with Fletch over the last few years. He went from a fairly clinical player with loads of desire to a half arsed ponce.
