Bollox , with a technique like geoffs he could adapt . Lazer eye surgery and bat design might help too , also I wonder how much of his career was spent on uncovered pitches and what effect growing up playing on true bounce and predictable cut would have had . If you can bat you can bat.
I would love a grinder like him in the England side now , less likely to get rolled up like we are doing .
