Respectfully, who watches news for the talent? (No, not that kind of talent before someone jumps in).Looking at the talent I think we will be surprised. I won't watch it if its biased.
The problem with Andrew Neill and those like him is their whole identity is built around the left being dumb woke idiots that silence the right and conservatives. I watched some truly mind-melting crap with Dave Rubin the other day in which he 'broke down 1984' and compared it to the ideologies of the left.
Neill and the like conflate their opinions being unpopular with being silenced. I can watch any great number of conservative voices speak on my computer or my TV. Nigel Farage was getting on TV despite having never won a UK election.
Their strategy is to usher in their pro-rich ideas under the guise of protecting a lost Britain that feels familiar to people that don't want change. If Neill really thinks it'll be a success good luck to him, but he was far from impartial on the BBC, so I can only imagine what he's like when he doesn't have someone at least trying to stop the dog getting out the door.
