It won't. The BBC is kicking its own arse by allowing the likes of Kuenssberg to be Bojo's Press Office.
From a financial point of view, I'd be very surprised if it works. This is basically a British version of Fox News, and that isn't behind a paywall. They have some subscription services but that isn't what keeps the lights on, it's big advertising contracts a lot of the time.
If Murdoch doesn't think there's money in it, chances are he's right.
