I can't believe all of the gigs lost money, surely?

There was a rumour that the only reason the concerts were kept on were that they showed a modest profit of around £2m

However when Bain had our accounts audited it turned out someone had buried loads of losses from the above into other financial sectors of the business.

In other words the concerts were making a lot less than £2m.

Bain's predecessor either didn't know about this or was covering it up
