That was like swapping Susan Boyle for Beyonce.
Susan Boyle's probably the better singer like.
Poyet's good at subs... but you have to question why he starts Gardner.
And you can't shag a voice.
A good singer for a good singer?
Seems to play him for a game, Remembers he's shit so drops him, waits 3 games then start him again.
As I said in the match thread, Cabral and Ba have to better midfielders than Gardner. I don't see how they couldn't be. Hopefully we get Alfie back, or we sign Bridcutt.
Got to say that I agreed with the substitution, but I will also say that I was disgusted with those that boo'd Gardner off the pitch.
That's not what being a Sunderland fan should be about. If you don't like what you see from a player at the game, sing the name of another player that you do instead and keep the negative stuff for the autopsy down the pub afterwards please.
You can go pretty close
Its obvious, you cant be accused of making a bad sub if your taking Gardener off, praise all round, easy.
Don't really want Alfie back, would rather sign a more dynamic CM but obviously that might not be possible.
Let's hope Swansea don't recall Ki.
Man, I'd love to have a more dynamic one too but Alfie is so much better than Seb and Gardner.
If he doesn't come back it'll have worked
tbf he's the sort of plodder we'll need if we are relegated
Alfie was poor on ball so I don't think he will fit into poyet philosophy. However neither does Gardner, I thought cabral was decent on ball so I'm surprised he hasn't had chance.
This is why I'd like to see Swansea pull away from the pack a bit. We don't want them recalling him just to keep us down there.
John O'Shea was shit on the ball. If Poyet can turn him into a good passer, he can turn Alfie into one.
Yeah same, thankfully their problem is uptop and not in Midfield from what I've seen.
At least Susan Boyle has talent
Good Penalty kicker and save a different team for Saturday
Trying to boost his value for January?
Then he realises that by playing him he's actually reducing his value below zero when he is as effective as a damp sponge on the pitch.
